Shipping and Return Policy



We Ship to all 50 US states and territories, Mexico, Canada.


We take 2-5 business days to process orders. All orders that include plush items ship priority mail and orders including only enamel pins ship first class, which can take 3-12 business days to ship depending on your location. All items ship from our warehouse in New York State. 



Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are dissatisfied with the items you receive, we offer a full refund minus the cost of return shipping. If the item/packaging is damaged on receipt, we will offer to either replace or exchange the item for a new one or a 50% discount should you choose to keep it. If this is the case, we ask you to send a photo of the damage to us at along with a brief message about how you would prefer to resolve the issue as stated above.


If you choose to return your item, we will promptly refund you (minus return shipping costs) via your chosen payment method once we receive the item at our facility. Shipping and processing time mean the exchange or return may take 10-30 business days. Credit card refunds take 1-3 days depending on your credit card company.


If the return item is damaged, stained, washed, or otherwise non-recoverable, a full refund may not be possible. Please ensure your items are in new condition before attempting a refund.
